Hi Galactic Survivalists,

Tomorrow, on August 5th, we celebrate 11 incredible years of Empyrion – Galactic Survival!

Over the past eleven years, we've explored countless worlds, built incredible bases and capital vessels, fought epic battles, and shared unforgettable adventures together. None of this would have been possible without the amazing community that has supported Empyrion throughout its journey.

To celebrate this milestone, we've added a special, limited-time anniversary achievement that you can unlock by starting a savegame on August 5th. Make sure to drop in the game and claim your place in Empyrion's history!

Thank you to every player who has been part of this adventure—whether you've been with us since the beginning or joined us more recently. Here's to many more years of exploration, survival, and discovery.

• Added Anniversary 2026 achievement. You need to start or resume a savegame and keep playing for a few minutes to unlock.

• Added several new achievements; Some have up to 3 Tiers now!

• Added 3 new posters to the game; They are available with a certain chance from the Pirate Treasures 

• Added ‘Pirate Treasure’ hunt. Keep your eyes open on the landscape and your map to find hidden beacons. - You will need a detector to locate each buried treasure. The beacon has more information about it. Planets to visit for a chance to find treasures:  Arid, Desert, Lava, LavaOcean, Moon, MoonDesert, MoonForest, MoonIce, MoonIce2, NitrogenVolcanic, Ocean, Scorched, Snow, Temperate, TemperateSwamp
